1. Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively within Austria.
Deliveries outside Austria are not available at this time.
2. Delivery Methods
• Vienna & Surroundings :
Personal delivery is handled directly by DropsofSoul e.U. We will coordinate with you via email or phone after your order is placed to arrange a delivery window.
• All Other Austrian Regions:
Orders are shipped via Österreichische Post AG (Austrian Post).
3. Delivery Time
• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days
• Delivery times may vary during holidays or in exceptional cases (e.g. high demand or limited availability)
We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped (for postal deliveries).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method and order size.
Current rates:
• Personal delivery in Vienna and Surroundings : Flat rate or free above €50 order.
• Postal delivery: Calculated based on weight and size, shown at checkout
5. Delivery Attempts
If personal delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, we will contact you to reschedule.
For postal deliveries, Austrian Post’s standard procedure for missed deliveries (pickup at a local post office or locker) applies.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged or is lost during transit:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all packaging material and the product as-is, and send us clear photos if possible.
We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
