Nestled within the creative walls of HERD.WIEN , Drops of Soul finds its production home in a space designed for innovation and craftsmanship. Here, I’ve built a small-scale workshop where each batch is handcrafted using traditional methods and modern techniques. It’s not a factory—it’s a flavour lab where aroma, precision, and patience come together, where I refine, and preserve the soul in every ingredient. Each bottle reflects countless hours of hands-on work, constant tasting, and obsessive attention to quality. From the prep bench to the labeling station, everything is done with purpose, passion, and pride.

My journey into creating Drops of Soul came from recognizing an opportunity to complement what other similar companies had already accomplished. I saw a chance to bring new, innovative profiles to the market that would elevate both professional and home bartending.

💥 That spark ignited years ago in a seaside bar in Greece, where I first witnessed how a single drink could create connection, memory, even joy. That moment became my obsession.

🏆 In 2024, my dedication was recognized by the Austrian Bartending Award, receiving the “Best Work” award at the Diageo Alcoholic Beverage Competition — a proud milestone that pushed me even deeper into my craft.

Every product in the Drops of Soul collection is handcrafted with attention to detail, using only premium ingredients that deliver authentic, layered experiences. While others chase trends, I chase soul — and I bottle it.

My goal is to provide bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts with tools that inspire creativity and enhance their drinks — whether it’s through bitters that whisper of distant lands, or cordials that revive forgotten memories.
