1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Policy)

As a consumer under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (not the carrier) took physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw:

2. Excluded Products (No Right of Withdrawal)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized items

• Sealed goods (e.g., food & drink) that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken

As our products include food-grade ingredients (bitters, cordials, shrubs), opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse you all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding express fees), within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returned goods must be in original condition, sealed (if applicable), and packaged securely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at: office@dropsofsoul.com within 48 hours of delivery, with an attachment of proof ( photo/video ).

We will review your case and offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

6.Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7.Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


8.Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: office@dropsofsoul.com and we will provide the exact physical address for you to send the item/s.
