1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all purchases made through the online store operated by DropsofSoul e.U (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) by consumers and businesses within Austria.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these T&Cs in the version valid at the time of the order.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings in the online shop do not represent a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
A purchase contract is formed only when we explicitly confirm the order via email or dispatch the ordered product.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Card
• Apple Pay
• Sofort (instant transfer)
• Cash upon personal delivery (Vienna & Surroundings)
The Seller reserves the right to limit payment options for individual orders.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we ship only within Austria.
• Deliveries within Vienna and Surroundings are fulfilled personally by the Seller.
• All other regions in Austria are shipped via Österreichische Post AG.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to:
• Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life
• Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if unsealed after delivery

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of DropsofSoul e.U until full payment is received.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
The Seller is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
For minor negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Austrian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
If the customer is a business, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
