Diese B2B-Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten f\u00fcr alle Gesch\u00e4ftstransaktionen zwischen Drops of Soul e.U, Brigittaplatz 9, 1200 Wien, \u00d6sterreich, und Gesch\u00e4ftskunden (nachfolgend \u201ePartner\u201c genannt), die Drops of Soul-Produkte zur gewerblichen Nutzung im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Einzelhandel oder im Event-Sektor erwerben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Teilnahmeberechtigung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Das B2B-Programm richtet sich ausschlie\u00dflich an:
\u2022 Registrierte Unternehmen (z. B. Bars, Restaurants, Caf\u00e9s, Einzelh\u00e4ndler)
\u2022 Juristische Personen und selbst\u00e4ndige Unternehmer
Privatpersonen sind von diesem Programm ausgeschlossen und werden auf den regul\u00e4ren Endkundenshop verwiesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Produktangebot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Den Partnern stehen folgende Leistungen zur Verf\u00fcgung:
\u2022 Shrubs in Gro\u00dfgebinden ( 3 L und 5 L Optionen)
\u2022 Individuell entwickelte Geschmacksrichtungen, abgestimmt auf den Bedarf des Partners
\u2022 Rezepturentwicklung zur gemeinsamen Schaffung neuer Produkte
\u2022 Schulungen\/Masterclasses f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter (abh\u00e4ngig vom Umfang der Partnerschaft kostenfrei verf\u00fcgbar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hinweis: Produkte in Sondergr\u00f6\u00dfen oder Sonderanfertigungen k\u00f6nnen in Etikettierung und Aufmachung von den Retail-Versionen abweichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Auftr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr individuelle Geschmacksentwicklungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 F\u00fcr die Entwicklung individueller Geschmacksrichtungen ist eine Mindestbestellmenge erforderlich (individuelles Angebot).
\u2022 Erstbestellung: Mindestwert \u20ac130 (netto)
\u2022 Nachbestellungen: Mindestwert \u20ac60 (netto)

5. Preise & Zahlung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 Alle Preise verstehen sich netto (zzgl. USt).
\u2022 Zahlungsarten: Rechnung (7 Tage netto), Bank\u00fcberweisung oder Kartenzahlung (auf Anfrage).
\u2022 F\u00fcr individuell entwickelte Geschmacksrichtungen ist vor Beginn der Entwicklung eine Anzahlung von 50 % f\u00e4llig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drops of Soul beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, Preise an ver\u00e4nderte Rohstoff- oder Verpackungskosten anzupassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Versand & Lieferung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 Lieferungen in Wien & Nieder\u00f6sterreich erfolgen durch Drops of Soul direkt.
\u2022 \u00d6sterreichweiter Versand \u00fcber die \u00d6sterreichische Post.
\u2022 Gesch\u00e4tzte Lieferzeit: 1\u20133 Werktage (abh\u00e4ngig von Bestellvolumen und Sonderanfertigungen).
\u2022 Versandkosten werden individuell nach Bestellmenge und Lieferort berechnet und im Angebot ausgewiesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. R\u00fcckgabe & Reklamationen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 Da die Produkte auf Bestellung gefertigt werden, ist eine R\u00fcckgabe grunds\u00e4tzlich ausgeschlossen.
\u2022 Besch\u00e4digte Waren m\u00fcssen innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt mit Fotobeleg gemeldet werden.
\u2022 Bei fehlerhaften oder falsch etikettierten Produkten wird ein Ersatz oder eine R\u00fcckerstattung angeboten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Alle individuellen Rezepturen und Formeln bleiben, sofern nicht ausdr\u00fccklich anders vereinbart, geistiges Eigentum von Drops of Soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
